Abu Dhabi has unveiled its first fully air-conditioned outdoor walkway, aiming to enhance urban living in the emirate’s hot climate. Located in the Al Nahyan neighborhood near the Al Mamoura skyscraper, the walkway features a state-of-the-art cooling system that maintains a consistent temperature of 24°C year-round. The structure also includes sound-insulated walls for a quieter pedestrian experience and allows natural sunlight to filter through without compromising the cool air. Visitors can enjoy retail outlets, cafés, and outdoor seating areas designed for year-round use
