The outfit, titled *”An Ode to Tyrian Purple: Lebanon’s Gift to the World,”* celebrated Lebanon’s Phoenician heritage and the historic city of Tyre, where the luxurious Tyrian purple dye was first discovered by the ancient Phoenicians. This color, historically associated with royalty, symbolizes Lebanon’s rich cultural legacy.
The national costume, which featured intricate designs inspired by Lebanon’s history, captivated the audience and highlighted the artistic craftsmanship of Joe Challita. This event was part of the larger 73rd edition of Miss Universe, emphasizing cultural diversity and historical significance through national costume presentations.
